The ABC's....staying home with little ones!

Tonight I was thinking about our days and all the things that go into a 12 hour day as a stay home Mommy. I thought it would be fun to write some of them out. Here we go....

A- Animal crackers

B- Baths...usually two in one day

C- Cleaning the highchair 3 times a day

D- Dora and Diego

E- erasing colors & marker off the white walls

F- Folding laundry while the girls unfold it!

G- Going to God constantly in prayer so I don't lose my mind at times!

H- Happy hour at Sonic...even if it's not really happy hour.

I- Ice cream cones at Chick-Fil-A

J- Jigsaw puzzles

K- kisses. lot and lots of face kisses.

L- Lots of lovin'

M- Music and dancing

N- Non-stop talking from a 3 year old...and trying to answer the "why" question for the 100th time in a day :) That takes skill people!!

O- Opening juice boxes and lunchables

P- Potty time

Q- Quiet hour AKA what used to be nap time!

R- Re-arranging play dates because someone is always sick! It is near impossible to have a play date and everyone show up!!

S- Sharing...or at least learning to share

T- Tears. You never go through one day without someone crying. Ever!

U- Unable to shower or potty alone...without at least one child on your hip or leg.

V- Vodka. No, I am just kidding. I promise. I am just too tired to think of a V word and that was the only thing that came to my head. Lol.

W- Washing and filling up sippy cups all day long.

X- Xanax. Now I am not kidding about this one! Surely I am not the only one who has panic attacks, anxiety, or anything else in this category. Sometimes even Momma needs a chill pill!

Y- yawning after a sleepless night

Z- Zippers, buttons, Velcro & shoe laces!

There you have it! Just a small glimpse of some things that go into our days around here :)

I took these last pictures (and decorated them) for the girls bedrooms. I NEVER want to forget these fun & crazy days with these two precious little girls!!!!!!

Love your "realness" and honesty about your everyday life and family...probably what most admire you the most for...you are certainly a "godly" woman who many are learning from~
